Hi everyone,

I am Kristina.

-I am a Personal trainer, Homeschooling mom of 8 kiddos, and a wife to my high school sweetheart. My fitness journey truly started in 2015 after my sixth baby. I wanted to get back into shape, have more energy, feel strong, and be able to keep up with all the adventures of raising 8 children.


-Why do I do this? I've had some amazing people in my life that have helped motivate me to strive towards my fitness goals. And I want to be able to help people the way that they all have helped me.


-My goal as a personal trainer is to set you up for success. Empowering you with the knowledge you need, so you can walk into a gym by yourself, walk up to any machine, and know you got this.


-The 4 F's is something my hubby came up with. It's the way I (we) want to live.

Faith- being at the core of who I am.

Family- my biggest gift and reason I continue to move forward.

Food- a key to health and life itself.

Fitness- a way to discipline yourself to become stronger both mentally and physically.
